Excel for Accounting
This course introduces students to the tools used to create and customize worksheets and reports in Microsoft Office Excel. First we will cover the common features of MS office. Topics in Excel will include functions and formulas, absolute versus relative cell addressing, linking worksheets, database features, using financial functions, creating sheets, tables, manage workbooks and interfacing reports. We will also analyze data with pie charts, line charts, etc. Textbooks are an additional cost.
