W.I.A. (for credit or non-credit programs)

Workforce Investment Act scholarships are available to adults and dislocated workers who meet income and other guidelines and who need training to be competitive in today’s workplace. To find out if you qualify, please contact your nearest American Job Center (formerly CTWorks) at 203-333-5129, or visit www.ctworkssw.org. The Workplace’s Health CareeRx Academy (for non-credit healthcare programs only)

The Health CareeRx Academy provides financial support to qualified participants with an interest in the growing healthcare field. The Academy helps individuals who are long-term unemployed, currently receiving cash assistance, or are otherwise considered low income.
