ECE kidsHousatonic Community College Early Childhood Education Program students, from left, Max Micinilio of Trumbull, Samantha DaSilva of Seymour, and Malcolm Scott and Amaya Vargas, both of Bridgeport, listen intently as John Panagiotidis of Norwalk reads them Dr. Seuss' "Green Eggs and Ham." Panagiotidis owns Theodora's Food Service, which operates the cafeterias and vending and catering services at HCC. He also owns the Hilltop Deli and Hill's Confectionary in Norwalk. To commemorate Dr. Seuss' birthday month in March, guests visited the school to read to the students.
