Winter Classes begin on December 27, 2016 and ends on January 13, 2017.
(No Class January 2, 2017)

Payment in full is due at the time of registration.

If you register for a class that you do not plan to attend,
you are responsible for dropping the class before the start of the semester.

Failure to do so will result in tuition charges on your account. Fees are not refundable.

  • The fee is a college services fee.
  • By authority of the President, student activity fees are waived during winter session.
  • Fees for all courses cover the cost of administration, instruction and promotion.
  • Tuition and fees listed above have been approved at the present time by the Board of Regents. These may increase and you will be billed for any increase.

Waivers of Tuition

Winter session tuition is based on Extension fund rates. Therefore, no waivers of tuition are honored for winter session courses.

Tuition Refund Policy

  1. If you wish to withdraw from a course and receive a tuition and lab/studio fee refund, you must notify the Registrar’s Office, in writing, of your withdrawal by 4:45 p.m. on December 26, 2016. The College Services Fee is non-refundable.
  2. No refunds/credits are granted if withdrawal is after 4:45 p.m. on December 26, 2016. Students will be taken off the class roster if formal withdrawal is completed within the first two days of classes.
  3. If a class is cancelled, students will receive a full refund of tuition and fees.  Students may also choose to register for another class.  Since cancellations are generally made due to enrollment prior to the first day of classes, it is important to register early.
  4. Please allow two to three weeks for receipt of your refund.
