Sharpening the Saw: Reviewing and Enhancing On-the-Job Competencies

Today's general and middle managers confront significant organizational issues daily, which have a powerful impact on them and the organization. You need to address the often conflicting demands with resiliency. This seminar provides you an opportunity to systematically assess your core competencies, using 360-degree feedback on leadership, management and personal competencies. Simulations are used to provide feedback from other participants. With guidance from the facilitator in the session, you are provided a process for designing a personal development plan to "sharpen the saw."
