Strategic Planning and Reading Environments

Strategic thinking, once the special domain of great military leaders and powerful captains of industry, has now become an essential capability for managers, supervisors, and administrators. This workshop identifies different environments, explains some of the dynamics of those environments and teachers you how to conduct your own reading of your organization's or your department's several environments. Participants are Invited to bring corporate annual reports and professional journals with them.
