Dialogue is a cornerstone learning tool used to create shared learning and collective mastery in organizations by generating shared understanding, shared meaning, and coherent thinking and action around strategically important issues. "Wicked Problems" are the recurring patterns of problems that resurface with different faces even though effort and resources are expended to address them. This seminar is designed to help participants understand how Dialogue works both conceptually and experientially.
